Brasserie Le Rouge cookbook is a fabulous collection of recipes from the classic French kitchen, but with a twist. Chef Marco Baudone runs the trendy brasserie, which is part of the creative F12 group in Stockholm. In this book he shares recipes full of wonderful flavours for the reader to make at home. Roland Persson, who photographed all the food, recently won the Food Festival prize in the food category. He photographs everything from cookbooks to the H&M home collection. Jimmy Hansen, who photographed the settings, trained with Micke Jansson for three years and now works mostly with fashion photography.
